Your reputation, guarded on every send

Gmail and Outlook judge senders by bounce and spam rates. GoSent watches both and acts before they do.

  1. Automatic suppression. A hard bounce or complaint blocks that address for good.
  2. Smart retries. Full mailboxes and busy servers are retried for 24 hours.
  3. Early warnings. We email you at 2% bounces and pause at 4%, long before inbox providers flag you.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I send marketing newsletters?

GoSent is built for transactional email: messages a person triggered by using your product. Bulk marketing to lists is not allowed on shared IPs.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. You send from a domain you own so your emails pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks and land in the inbox.

What happens when I go over my plan?

Paid plans keep sending and bill the extra emails at the per-1,000 rate. The Free plan pauses until next month.

How does the Stripe connection work?

Connect your Stripe account, then choose which events send which template, such as invoice.paid sending your receipt.

How accurate is email verification?

Most addresses get a clear valid or invalid answer. Some company servers accept every address, so those come back as catch-all, and you choose whether to send to them. Checks that can't be completed are marked unknown and not charged.

Can I verify emails without sending through you?

Yes. Buy a verification pack on its own and use the API or the CSV upload. No sending plan is needed.

Is there a dedicated IP?

Scale customers can add a dedicated IP for $30 a month. We warm it up gradually before full volume.

How do you stop spammers?

Every new account is reviewed, sending limits rise as reputation builds, and accounts with high bounce or complaint rates are paused.
